Stock Availabilty
Not all items are continually stocked by Groovy Games in a central warehouse, therefor some items will be ordered from our supplier once you place your order with us. It can take up to 7 days to receive most items, stock levels permitting. In this case we ask that you allow up to 14 days for you to receive your order, in most cases delivery is made before then and we are always dependant on Australia post shipping times (both locally and Internationally)
What happens when items are out of stock?
Should an item be out of stock we will notify you via the email address you provide in your order. In most cases we will be able to offer either a replacement, refund or you are welcome to wait for the product to arrice in stock. The out of stock product will be shipped to you as soon as it is available, FREE of additional shipping costs.
